How tough are these toys really?+
Our toys are solid natural rubber with braided ropes, chosen specifically for power chewers. Harley and Lebowski, who have destroyed every plush toy ever brought into the house, have not managed to kill one. That said, no toy is truly indestructible: always supervise play and remove a toy if pieces start to come loose.
Why do these toys cost more than the bargain bin?+
Solid natural rubber costs more to make than hollow vinyl or fabric shells, and a real braided rope costs more than decorative string. We would rather charge a fair price for a toy that survives months than a low price for one that dies the first afternoon. Every toy here was also tested by our own two dogs before we agreed to sell it. If a toy ever fails you unreasonably fast, email us and we will make it right.

Two honest ones. New customers save 10% with the code WELCOME10 at checkout, and USA orders over $25 always ship free. Shops and online sellers can apply for wholesale pricing through our wholesale program. That is the whole list; we do not do fake countdown timers or permanent sales.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! USA orders over $25 ship free. Orders under $25 ship at a flat $5 rate. All orders ship via USPS.
How soon do orders ship?+
We pack orders from our own warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on the move.
What is your return policy?+
If you or your pup are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. Original shipping and return postage are non-refundable, and sale or final sale items are not returnable.
What size dog are these toys for?+
The toys work for most breeds and sizes. Each product page lists exact dimensions and weight so you can match the toy to your dog. For tiny mouths or extreme jaw strength, check the size details first.
Can I cancel an order before it ships?+
Orders head to packing fast, so we cannot change an order once it is placed. Once it arrives you are welcome to request a return within the 14 day window.
