How soon do orders ship?
Harle Dogs packs orders from its own Arizona warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on the move.
What is your return policy?
Harle Dogs accepts returns within 14 calendar days of delivery if you or your pup are not satisfied. Original shipping and return postage are non-refundable, and sale or final sale items are not returnable.
What size dog are these toys for?
Harle Dogs toys work for most breeds and sizes. Each product page lists exact dimensions and weight: the bone is 8 inches and about 7 ounces, the soccer ball is 3 inches on a 12 inch rope and about 6 ounces, and the football is 6 by 4 by 3 inches and about 9 ounces. Can I cancel an order before it ships?
Harle Dogs orders head to packing fast, so an order cannot be changed once it is placed. Once it arrives you are welcome to request a return within the 14 day window.
