FAQ

  1. What is your return policy?
    We gladly accept returns for any product that you are not satisfied with within 14 calendar days of delivery for most items, unless it is noted on the item(s) page. 
    Postage and return postage is non-refundable.
    Sale and Final Sale items are not returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we do on orders over $25 for USA and orders over $100 for international.
  3. Do you charge shipping on returned items?
    Yes, you will be refunded the amount for the price you paid for the item minus the original shipping and return shipping charge.  
  4. How soon do items ship?
    If the item(s) is stocked in our warehouse then it will ship within in 2-3 business days.  If the item(s) comes from another warehouse then it can take up to 7-10 business to process your order and then the shipping time will depend on the location of where the item(s) is/are being shipped from.
  5. Can I cancel an order before it ships and/or arrives?
    No, you order cannot be changed once it is ordered.  You must wait until it arrives until you can request a refund (if accepted).
